RACQ Submission to the Australian Transport Council/Environment Protection and Heritage Council - Vehicle Fuel Efficiency Working Group
The RACQ welcomes strategies to make fuel-efficient, low emission vehicles more affordable. This submission supports many of the initiatives outlined in the Working Group’s Discussion Paper, and suggests further initiatives.

RACQ Submission to the Review of the Queensland Government Climate Change Strategy
The RACQ recognises the need to reduce vehicle greenhouse gas emissions and the overall environmental impact of cars. However the RACQ is optimistic that this can be achieved without significantly reducing mobility or living standards. This submission provides responses to the three questions raised in the Transport section of the review’s issues paper. A response is also provided to a question on the role of the Queensland Government.

Biofuels: Suitability and Sustainability
The RACQ has a long-standing interest in the use of biofuels in motor vehicles. This paper examines recent developments in biofuel technology, production and policies in Australia and overseas.
