Group Chief Executive Officer

Ian Gillespie

Ian A Gillespie BA, Dip Laws (BAB), FCEOI, MAICD, FAIM

RACQ Group Chief Executive Officer

In addition to his duties as Group CEO, Ian is also a Director of RACQ Insurance Limited, Club Insurance Holding Pty Ltd, the Australian Automobile Association, Australian Motoring Services Pty Ltd (AMS) and Club Assist Pty Ltd, as well as a number of subsidiary companies of RACQ and AMS.

In 2008, Ian was recognised with the prestigious Australian Institute of Management Professional Manager of the Year Award for Queensland.

Rolanda Ayling

Rolanda Ayling BEd (Secondary), GAICD

Executive General Manager People

As Executive General Manager People, Rolanda sets and leads the strategic human resource direction for both RACQ and RACQ Insurance.

Since joining the organisation in 2006, she has overseen significant change initiatives that support increased business performance and sustainability. Rolanda brings a broad international approach to best practice human resource management, in alignment with the RACQ strategy.

 
Bradley Heath

Chief Executive Officer RACQ Insurance

Bradley Heath was appointed Chief Executive Officer of RACQ Insurance in March 2007 having held the positions of General Manager Personal Insurance, Executive Manager CTP and Claims, and Executive Manager Underwriting for RACQ Insurance. Bradley has over 25 years experience in the insurance industry, gained primarily with RACQ Insurance.

Ian Mitchell

Executive General Manager Marketing

Ian is responsible for building membership engagement and relevance, through a contemporised brand, and supported by innovative marketing and communication strategies.

Ian’s responsibilities cover the delivery of the Group’s overall marketing strategy and co-ordination and alignment of  marketing and ecommerce activities. His area includes publishing and The Road Ahead magazine.

Leanne Muller

Leanne Muller BCom, G.Dip Fin & Inv, ACA

RACQ Group Chief Financial Officer

Leanne manages the strategic development and deployment of RACQ’s financial, membership and operational resources. 

She joined RACQ in 2008 with extensive high-level corporate finance experience. Previous roles included Chief Financial Officer at Energex and a senior executive position with UnitingCare Queensland, where she provided strategic financial and commercial advice to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Bruce Rice

Bruce Rice

Chief Information Officer

As Chief Information Officer, Bruce provides information systems and services to support the RACQ Group and other business partners.

This is achieved through high level engagement with internal business units and a team of highly capable IT professionals, external service providers and expert advisors.

 
Glenn Toms

Glenn Toms BBus, G.Dip Fin & Inv, FFin, FAIM

Chief Operations Officer

Glenn leads a large operational team providing members with a diverse range of core services including roadside assistance, technical services, travel, touring and finance.

He is responsible for the 24/7 operations of RACQ across all contact channels for a range of membership, motoring, general insurance and travel products. This is achieved through an extensive network of retail branches and contact centres. The operations team also provide all in-field services to members across the state including roadside assistance, towing, vehicle inspections and driver education.

 
Paul Turner

Executive General Manager External Relations

Paul is responsible for ensuring the interests of 1.2 million Queensland motorists and their families are promoted and protected through constructive engagement and effective communication with governments, industry, media, other road user groups, and the wider community.

Paul Williams

Paul Williams LLB, A.DipBus, MBus (Mgt), FTIA, MAICD, MQLS

Executive General Manager Corporate Governance and Company Secretary

Paul has the dual role of Executive General Manager Corporate Governance and Company Secretary. Paul is responsible for legal, risk management, governance, property and audit activities. In addition, Paul is also the Company Secretary for RACQ Group subsidiary companies.

His experience includes positions as a senior lawyer with expertise in corporate and commercial law as well as corporate governance. He previously worked with two major law firms and with businesses based in Queensland.
