RACQ Insurance

RACQ Insurance provides motor vehicle, household, compulsory third party insurance (CTP) and pleasure-craft at competitive premiums, backed by a speedy claims service.

RACQ Insurance is, arguably, the largest provider of motor vehicle insurance in Queensland and the second largest provider of household insurance. In total, RACQ Insurance provides cover to over 1.4 million policy holders throughout Queensland and northern New South Wales.

Customers have access to 47 retail outlets, including a network of RACQ branches, agencies and a 24 hour, seven day-a-week call centre on 13 19 05. CTP insurance is also distributed through Queensland Transport offices.

RACQ Insurance maintains a state-wide network of motor vehicle assessors at 10 locations and have appointed more than 100 selected repairers to help ensure prompt and efficient service to our claimants. RACQ Insurance has over 300 contracts in place with various service providers covering building, procurement, goods supply, new vehicle replacement, loss adjustment and investigation to ensure that we are able to achieve excellence in claims service.

RACQ Insurance is the third largest provider of CTP insurance in Queensland and has offered this product since 1999. An At Fault Driver Injury insurance policy is an additional benefit provided with CTP insurance at no extra cost to clients.
