Selected Repairer Registration

RACQ Insurance is a leading motor insurer in Queensland with a state wide network of repairers who provide prompt, professional and friendly service to RACQ Insurance customers. RACQ Insurance is a signatory to the Motor Vehicle Insurance and Repair Industry Code of Conduct which details fair-trading standards, processes and transparency in the relationship between Insurers and repairers.
To become an RACQ Insurance preferred Selected Repairer, you can register your interest by completing the online application form. On registering your business details, RACQ Insurance will keep your details in the Selected Repairer Library and in the event RACQ Insurance needs to engage an additional Repairer, RACQ Insurance will refer to the Selected Repairer Library for interested parties.
The registered information will be held in the Selected Repairer Library for a minimum of 12 months and archived thereafter.
If the need arises to select an additional Repairer and your registered business details meet the initial criteria, you may be contacted by a representative from RACQ Insurance to complete a full assessment. Some attributes of the assessment criteria are:
- Quality
- Service
- Cost
- Timeliness
- Repair Guarantee
- Repair dispute resolution
Registering your interest to become a Selected Repairer with RACQ Insurance does not guarantee you a place in our network as the need must arise where an additional repairer is required and your business must meet RACQ Insurance’s assessment criteria.
If you are successful, RACQ Insurance offers Selected Repairer Agreements (SRA) for a term of three years.
