Ian Gillespie

Neville Ide

B.Bus, M.Comm., CPA

Mr Ide has been a director since March 2006 and is the Investment Committee Chairman. Mr Ide has close to 30 years experience in financial markets having held Executive roles for the past 20 yrs at firstly Queensland Treasury Corporation (QTC) and subsequently Suncorp Metway (SUN). During his career Mr Ide has built up considerable expertise in Financial Asset and Liability Risk Management.

At QTC Mr Ide was General Manager Financial Markets from 1988 being responsible for global debt funding, and financial asset and liability management on behalf of public sector clients.

Mr Ide's role at SUN was Group Treasurer from 2002 to 2009 having held responsibility for capital market funding (debt and equity), balance sheet management, interest rate and foreign exchange product sales and trading.

Raymond Jones

Appointed as a Director and a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee in October 2010. Raymond has a strong background in the insurance industry. He was Managing Director of QBE Australia, and held senior roles with American International Group and Citibank. He served as President/Director of Insurance Council of Australia, as a Director of Insurance Ombudsman, President of Australian Insurance Association, and Chairman of Insurance Statistics Australia. He is immediate past Chairman of AIA Australia, is on the G4S International Advisory Panel, a member of the Gen I Advisory Board, Chair of Roosies Red and Whites (Sydney Swans) and Chair of BizAdLive.

Geoffrey Leddy

Director since August 2009. Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Geoff Leddy is currently the President and Chairman of RACQ. He has been a Director of RACQ since January 1998 representing the Wide Bay - Sunshine Coast Zone.

Stephen J Maitland

Appointed as a director in October 2010 and appointed as a member of the Board Audit Risk and Compliance Committee. He has a strong background in finance and accounting. Mr Maitland is a qualified accountant and company secretary and the Principal of corporate advisory firm Delphin Associates. He was Chief Executive Officer of the Queensland Office of Financial Supervision (1992 to 1999) and had a 20 year career in corporate banking. Mr Maitland is also non-executive Director of Australian Unity Limited, Buderim Ginger Limited and several private companies.

Vyn Tozer

Appointed as a director in December 2009 and appointed as a member of the Board Audit Risk and Compliance Committee. He has a strong background in finance, accounting and insurance. He also serves as a Director of Avant Mutual Group Limited and is also the Chairman of Avant Insurance Limited, Director on the Australian Health Services Alliance Limited (Chairman), Medical Indemnity Industry Association of Australia, and RACT Insurance Pty Ltd (Chairman). Mr Tozer was formerly Managing Director of Fortis Australia, and a Director of the Insurance Council of Australia, Insurance Statistics Australia and Elders Financial Services Group Pty Ltd.
