Bradley Heath was appointed Chief Executive Officer in March 2007 having held the positions of General Manager Personal Insurance, Executive Manager CTP and Claims, and Executive Manager Underwriting for RACQ Insurance. Bradley has over 25 years experience in the insurance industry, gained primarily with RACQ Insurance.

Angus Cairn
General Manager, CTP Claims

Angus Cairn joined RACQ Insurance in January 2000, after previously working in CTP Insurance with Suncorp and FAI. Angus was appointed to his current position in August 2007, previously holding the positions of General Manager, CTP Insurance, and CTP Claims Manager. Angus represents RACQ Insurance on the Motor Accident Insurance Standing Committee (a sub committee of The Insurance Council Board) and The Insurance Council’s Tort Reform Strategy Group.

Graham Dale
General Manager, Personal Insurance Claims
ANZIIF (Assoc), CIP (General Manager, Personal Insurance Claims)
Graham was appointed General Manager, Personal Insurance Claims in December 2007 having held the position of Executive Manager, Personal Insurance Claims with RACQ since February 2004. Prior to joining RACQ Insurance, Graham held a number of managerial positions within the insurance industry, including National Claims Manager for IAG Insurance NZ Limited.

Rodney Duncan
General Manager, Performance Improvement

Rodney Duncan joined RACQ Insurance in 2001. He was appointed to his current position in 2007 and has previously held the
positions of General Manager, Actuarial Services and IT Systems, Company Actuary within and Appointed Actuary for RACQ Insurance. Rod has an extensive insurance background having held management positions in the IT, Investment and General Insurance Actuarial areas and having provided private consulting services on a range of General Insurance and Investment matters.

Michael Lonergan
Chief Financial Officer
B.Bus, CPA, Grad. Dip. Appl Fin
Michael was appointed to the Chief Financial Officer position in August 2007, having previously held the position of Financial Controller from 2002. Michael has over 14 years of financial accounting and management experience. Prior to joining RACQ Insurance in 2002, Michael held various accounting positions across a number of industries including sports management and construction.

Wendy Scott
General Manager, Information and Programme Services
B.A. (Hons), PMP®, MPM (Master of Project Management)
Wendy joined RACQ Insurance in 2004. She was appointed to her current position in October 2010, previously holding the position of Executive Manager, Project and IT Services. Wendy has over 25 years national and international experience in IT services, particularly in the delivery and integration of business solutions and establishment of Programme Management Offices in financial, educational and retail environments. Wendy has served on the Project Management Institute Board of Queensland as VP Education.

Chris Walsh
General Manager, Sales and Product

Chris was appointed General Manager, Sales and Product in March 2008. Prior to joining RACQ Insurance, Chris held several managerial positions with AAMI, including that of General Manager Queensland. He also worked on the integration of Suncorp and Promina following their merger in 2007. Chris has over 25 years experience in personal lines insurance.
