With certain exceptions, the RACQ Legal Advisory service can give you free advice on driving and traffic related matters.
As well as helpful advice, the legal advisory service may be able to help with advice on document completion, depending upon the complexity of the matter. However, if you are involved in a legal action, fines, court appearances and associated costs are your own responsibility.

Traffic and safety advice
RACQ’s Traffic and Safety Department can give you free advice on issues concerning road safety, including the correct use and fitting of child restraints and road rules.
