RACQ Home Quick Fix customers pay a service callout fee each time you use the service. The fees that apply to each incident are shown below. You will need to pay this fee over the phone by credit card before a tradesperson can be sent to your home.

RACQ’s Contracted Service Provider (Club Home Response Pty Ltd, QBCC licence 1315280) triages calls for home assistance and dispatches licensed tradespeople. Follow on work requires a separate contract with Club Home Response Pty Ltd. Sub-contracted tradespersons undertaking work are responsible for any notifiable works completed.
