What you will need to make a Pet Insurance Claim
To help us lodge your claim it may be useful to have the following information available when you call:
- Your RACQ Insurance policy number and address details.
- Your pet's name, age, breed and colour.
- The date and details of the incident.
- The details of the veterinarian that treated your pet including name and surgery address.
- The invoice provided by your veterinarian that includes an itemised listing of treatment provided for your pet. There are limits that apply for each claim. Please refer to the Household Insurance Product Disclosure Statement for further details.
