Compulsory Third Party Insurance

CTP Insurance is compulsory and it must be taken out in conjunction with the registration of a motor vehicle. It protects the at-fault owner or driver of a registered motor vehicle against compensation claims made against them by people injured in a motor vehicle accident.
CTP does not cover injuries to the driver at fault. However, our At Fault Driver Injury Insurance policy does provide cover for these injuries (subject to certain conditions).
