At Fault Driver Injury Insurance Policy

When you choose RACQ Insurance as the CTP insurer of your vehicle, we also provide our At Fault Driver Injury Insurance Policy at no extra cost. Subject to the policy conditions and exclusions which we encourage you to read carefully, (and which are available upon request), an at-fault driver injured in an accident may receive up to $250,000 under this additional policy. And unlike some insurance companies, the cover offered extends to people under 25 as long as they are current private members of RACQ or live with a parent who is a current private member of RACQ. In short, we'll help you wherever we can. The range of benefits available is set out below.
