Motor accident coordination
The RACQ Help Line can assist with the towing and recovery of your vehicle in the event of a motor accident. The help line also provides emergency help for travel and accommodation arrangements in addition to repairs and insurance claims.
Medical advice
Advice and information on the location of the nearest medical facilities and pharmacies when you are away from home.

Initial advice on emergency help for home repairs and referrals to local tradespeople.
Legal advice
The legal advisory department can offer helpful advice relating to the use and ownership of motor vehicles including insurance, repairs and motoring issues.
