Child Restraint Fittings

RACQ also offers a fitting service at a number of locations throughout Queensland.

Fitting stations

RACQ fitting stations are located at our vehicle inspection stations throughout Queensland. At these stations, the inspectors will be able to fit your child restraint and answer some basic questions about the use of the restraints.

While you're having your child restraints installed, consider having the vehicle inspector complete a spot check on your vehicle.

Bookings

To make a booking at one of these inspection stations, please contact 13 19 05 and your details will be forwarded to the relevant station to arrange a booking.

Please note: An adult must be present at the time of the installation, whether it be at the fitting station or at the nominated address of the customer.

A small fee of $20 for members and $25 for non members will be charged and requested at the time of booking and cancellation fees may apply.
