RACQ's Older Driver Self-Assessment Questionnaire covers a range of issues related to safe driving.

The 34 questions fall under 3 categories: Health Issues (13 questions), Driving (15 questions), and Other Factors to Consider (6 questions).

A score/rating will be calculated, and a list of tips will then be automatically generated based on your responses to the questions.
