Road Safety Survey Results
The RACQ’s Road Safety Online Survey asked the community for their views on improving road safety in Queensland.
More than 10,000 community members showed their concern about the issue of road safety in Queensland and completed the survey. The RACQ thanks all Club and community members who took the time to have their say.
RACQ took the survey results to the state government’s Road Safety Summit on 21 and 22 February 2006.
The strong community response to the survey enabled RACQ to present the summit meeting with a ‘critical mass’ of views from concerned Queenslanders. We believe your views had significant influence on the road safety initiatives that the Queensland Government announced at the summit’s conclusion.
