Red Spot Survey 2010
This report gives details of RACQ members' responses to a survey that appeared in the RACQ E-News electronic newsletter and the April/May 2010 edition of The Road Ahead magazine. The survey asked members to supply information on congested locations where delays are frustrating, but could be alleviated to some extent. These locations are referred to as 'red spots'.
This report also identifies red spots that road authorities may use to prioritise efficiency improvements on their road networks. It also highlights the need for regular monitoring of major traffic routes in all areas.

Red Spot Survey 1996
This report presents information from a survey published in the June/July 1996 edition of "The Road Ahead". RACQ members were requested to identify sites in Queensland where they are often frustrated by delays that appear unnecessary. Over 200 redspots were identified. The top fifteen intersections, top ten sections of road and the top three railway crossings are identified in the report.
