Discount abseiling tickets for RACQ members
To take advantage of the special RACQ member prices, you must pre-purchase your tickets. Purchase on-line, phone RACQ on 1800 629 501 or visit an RACQ branch.
RACQ suggests phoning Adventures around Brisbane on 1800 689 453 prior to pre-purchasing your tickets, to ensure availability for your selected date of attendance. Selecting a date for attendance when pre-purchasing your tickets from RACQ does NOT guarantee availability for that date.
Once you have purchased your tickets from RACQ you MUST reserve your places by calling Adventures around Brisbane on 1800 689 453.

General Information
Abseiling: Morning Session (8.30 - 11.30am), Afternoon Session (1 - 4pm), Sunset (4.30 - 6.30pm)
Terms and Conditions
Age – All activities are suitable for age 12 yrs and above. A parent/ guardian must be present at the activity site for all participants under 18 yrs of age.

Fitness – An average level of fitness is required for all activities. All participants will be required to disclose any medical condition, illness, injury or other factor that may affect their ability to participate in the activity at the time of booking.
Indemnity/ Wavier - All participants must complete a wavier form prior to engaging in the activity. Where participants are under 18 years of age a parent/ guardian must also sign the wavier form.
Booking Confirmation - Your booking is confirmed once you have redeemed your prepaid voucher by phoning 1800 689 453. All activities must be pre-booked as places on each activity are limited. Full details of meeting times, location and what to bring will be advised when booking. Activites will only proceed with minimum client numbers. Morning or Afternoon Abseiling = 3 participants. Sunset Abseiling = 2 participants. Adventures around Brisbane will contact you if an activity is to be rescheduled. Participants are advised to provide a contact number for the day of the activity, a mobile number is preferred.
Weather: - All activities will run as scheduled unless there are extreme conditions such as high winds, set in rain or extreme heat. If an activity is cancelled due to adverse conditions, Adventures around Brisbane will contact you and the activity will be rescheduled. If you have any concerns as to whether an activity is going ahead due to weather conditions please contact 0421 152 147 prior to you leaving for the activity.
Cancellations: - Cancellations are accepted up to five full working days prior to an activity and transfers up to two full working days prior to an activity. Call the booking office to alter your booking. Please note email or fax notifications are not accepted for cancellations or transfers.
If you can’t attend an activity for which you are booked, you can transfer your booking to another date or activity or arrange a refund if needed. Cancellations are subject to an administration fee of 25% of the activity cost, plus any facility fees if applicable. Cancellations outside the above mentioned time frames will result in forfeit of monies paid.
In the event that you are unable to attend an activity on the day due to unforeseen circumstances you must contact Adventures around Brisbane on 0421 152 147 to advise of the situation.
