If you’ve always wanted to go hot air ballooning one day, come floating with Hot Air. See spectacular views of the Scenic Rim, Mt Tamborine and Lamington National Park and to the west, the sparkling spires of the Gold Coast. Truly, a morning to always remember.

Afterwards enjoy a delicious hot breakfast in the gracious ambience of O’Reilly’s Grand Homestead, with a crisp, cold glass of champagne to toast your very first hot air balloon flight. There will also be time to visit the Cellar Door at O’Reilly’s Vineyard and taste some of their delicious wines.

Operates: approximately 5am daily, excluding Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Meeting times
vary with the seasons and your accommodation/meeting spot. Exact times for your flight will be given on confirmation of booking.

An Aviation Levy of $30 per person is included in the cost.

Discount Hot Air Ballooning tickets for RACQ members

To take advantage of the special RACQ member prices, you must pre-purchase your tickets. Visit an RACQ branch or phone the RACQ on 1800 629 501. Unfortunately this product cannot be sold online.

RACQ suggests phoning Hot Air on 1300 766 887 prior to pre-purchasing your tickets, to ensure availability for your selected date of attendance. Selecting a date for attendance when pre-purchasing your tickets from RACQ does NOT guarantee availability for that date.

Once you have purchased your tickets from RACQ you MUST reserve your place by calling Hot Air on 1300 766 887 and advise you have an RACQ voucher. Printed RACQ voucher must be presented on day of travel.
