Discount Paradise Jetboating tickets for RACQ members

To take advantage of the special RACQ member prices, you must pre-purchase your tickets. Purchase online, visit an RACQ branch or phone the RACQ on 1800 629 501.

RACQ suggests phoning Paradise Jetboating on 1300 538 262 prior to pre-purchasing your tickets, to ensure seating availability for your selected date of attendance.  Selecting a date for attendance when pre-purchasing your tickets from RACQ does NOT guarantee seating availability for that date.

Once you have purchased your tickets from RACQ you MUST reserve your seats by calling Paradise Jetboating on 1300 538 262.

Terms and Conditions

• Check In: All passengers must check in at Paradise Jet Boating office 30 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time. Failure to do so will result in cancellation or rescheduling at Paradise
  Jetboating's discretion.
• Confirmation Policy: Pre-purchased tickets must be reconfirmed at least 48 hours prior to scheduled departure time by phoning 1300 JET BOAT (1300 538262) or 07 55263089.  Failure to do so may result in tour being rescheduled at Paradise Jetboating's discretion. Paradise Jetboating reserves the right to change departure times and vessels used at their discretion.
• Cancellation Policy: 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a pre-booking. If less than 48 hours notice is given, booking may be rescheduled but cannot be refunded. If less than 24 hours notice given, 100% cancellation charges may apply.  Ticket holders who "No Show' without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.
• General Health Conditions: The passenger must be in good health and free from any medical conditions that may be aggravated by the activities conducted by Paradise Jetboating. Please seek medical advice if uncertain.  Any person who is pregnant, suffers from back, neck or heart conditions, or has previous injuries are strongly advised not to ride on Paradise Jetboating vessels.
• Complete terms and conditions are posted in the Paradise Jetboating 'Adventure Terminal' and are also located on the reverse of passenger ticket.  Acceptance of the ticket and boarding the boat implies acceptance of the terms and conditions.
