Queensland Scuba Diving have logged more than 20,000 dives on the Gold Coast in the past 15 years!

Queensland Scuba Diving operate a fleet of vessels and cater for divers of all ages and skill levels. They offer scuba diving and snorkelling for the complete novice through to PADI certification at Instructor level.

Intro Dive

Enjoy the weightless experience of exploring the underwater world. This dive is purely for pleasure and no experience is necessary. You will be accompanied by a certified PADI instructor throughout the whole dive. You will be swimming amongst the Gold Coasts many species of fish having the opportunity to hand feed them.

Single Dive

This is a pleasure dive for participants who hold a Scuba Dive Licence. Experience the Gold Coasts many species of fish having the opportunity to hand feed them.

Snorkelling

For those who wish to stay on top of the water, Wavebreak Island is a fantastic site for snorkelling.  This site is ideal for both the beginner and the advanced as there are over 50 different species of fish. Suitable for all ages. 

PADI Scuba Diver Course (2 days)

This course will provide you with the basic knowledge and skills you’ll need to safely visit the underwater world. At all times you will be accompanied by a fully certified instructor or assistant. Due to the duration of the course this is an excellent option for the traveller. In just two days you can obtain a licence to the underwater world of enjoyment and adventure.  You must obtain a Dive Medical prior to attending this course (Qld Dive can organise, estimated $70). 

You are given two options to complete the course: 

1. Begin with the introductory dive followed by basic theory, skills assessment and then an additional open water dive or
2. Begin with basic theory, and skill assessment and then follow with 2 open water dives.

Upon successful completion of this course you will be awarded the PADI Scuba Diver Certification card, enabling you to dive anywhere throughout the world to a maximum depth of 18 metres. You must be accompanied by a fully certified dive master. 

PADI Open Water Course (3-4 days)

Whether you take up diving for pure pleasure or it is to become your profession, this course will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to safely and comfortably visit the underwater world at greater depths. Upon completion you will be awarded with the PADI Open Water Certification Card enabling you to dive anywhere throughout the world to 18 metres, with the certification valid for life.  $75 for Books & Registration has been included in the price. You must obtain a Dive Medical prior to attending this course (Qld Dive can organise, estimated $70.00).

To take advantage of the special RACQ member prices, you must pre-purchase your tickets. Purchase online, visit an RACQ branch or phone the RACQ on 1800 629 501.

RACQ suggests phoning Queensland Scuba Diving on 07 5526 7722 prior to pre-purchasing your tickets, to ensure availability for your selected date of attendance.  Selecting a date for attendance when pre-purchasing your tickets from RACQ does NOT guarantee availability for that date.
