The Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) is the worldwide organisation of Touring Clubs and Automobile Associations. RACQ is a member of the FIA.
FIA clubs agree to provide a broad range of services to each other's members travelling abroad for a time frame of three months. These services may vary from club to club but will generally be the same as those provided by clubs to thier own members.
To use FIA services whilst overseas, RACQ members must present a current confirmation certificate and club membership card bearing the FIA logo (identifying you as being a member of an FIA club). To organise your confirmation certificate, contact the RACQ.
Although many countries throughout the world provide reciprocal service, not all countries are involved. The following document has a list of all the countries that provide reciprocal service through FIA agreements and the categories they fall under:
