Motorway crash causes delays

RACQ has warned drivers to expect significant delays on Friday morning after a crash on the Logan Motorway just before 6.30am.

The crash happened at Loganholme in the right-hand lane of the Logan Motorway westbound before Drews Road and had blocked traffic.

RACQ spokesperson Clare Hunter said delays could be felt on the Pacific Motorway as a result.

“Motorists should expect congestion and delays queueing back to Beenleigh on the Pacific Motorway,” Ms Hunter said.

“Crews are on scene at the crash but it may be a while before traffic eases so expect it to impact your travel.

“Pack your patience, delay your trip if you can and check RACQ Road Conditions for the latest on the situation.”
