Aussies name RACQ Bank as one of the most trusted

RACQ Bank has outranked the big end of town and been named one of the most trusted banks in the Australian Banking Brand and Trust Index.

CEO RACQ Bank Michelle Bagnall said the results demonstrated how hard the Queensland-based team had worked to deliver competitive rates and trusted services for its members.

“These results have shown mutuality is a powerful factor for Australians when it comes to choosing who they bank with,” Ms Bagnall said.

“It’s an absolute honour to be recognised in this way, but this only fuels us to do more for our members.

“We know our members want a bank they can rely on, who they can call when things get tough and who will do the right thing by them – that’s what we always aspire to be.”

Ms Bagnall said the Bank had recently become the State’s fastest growing, another indicator of its trust in the community.

“We’ve seen the banking sector go through immense challenges in recent years and despite this, we have worked hard to focus on what matters most: delivering trusted services to members,” she said.

“More and more, consumers want to know where their money is going and whether it’s being taken care of.

“Our commitment to transparency and building trust with our members is testament to why more and more Queenslanders are opting to trust us with their financial future.”
