RACQ LifeFlight airlifts rider after motorbike crash

The RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter has airlifted a man to hospital, after he crashed his motorcycle into a parked car in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

The man suffered head and wrist injuries and was treated at the scene by Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) officers who then transported him to Noosa Hospital to meet the RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter.

A LifeFlight critical care doctor and QAS flight paramedic then stabilised the patient, before he was flown to the Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital in a stable condition.
