RACQ chopper airlifts children after car crash
The RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter has airlifted a young boy and girl to Queensland Children's Hospital, following a serious crash overnight.
The young boy suffered suspected spinal injuries and the primary-school aged girl suffered suspected abdominal injuries when the car they were travelling in crashed south of Toowoomba.
The chopper was called to transfer the seriously injured pair from Toowoomba Hospital just before midnight.
