Cruisin' Country

Country music legend Lee Kernaghan joins Cruisin’ Country 2019 as part of his national tour.

Australian country music legend, Lee Kernaghan, is set to find his sea legs and join Australia’s biggest country music cruise as part of his national tour.

Lee will tour Australia from May to November to promote his newly released album, Backroad Nation, which celebrates life on the road.

"Backroad Nation is a celebration of us, our way of life and the people who make our country great,” Lee said.

“Much of the inspiration for the songs has come from the people I've met and the places I've travelled to - from Alice Springs to the Deni Ute Muster, from the mighty Pilbara region in Western Australia to backroads of Queensland and everywhere in between."

As part of the tour, Lee will board the Royal Caribbean’s Radiance of the Seas cruise to treat country music fans to a seven day celebration of all things country.

In its ninth consecutive year, Cruisin’ Country’s is Australia’s biggest country music cruise, hosting more than 30 artists on board.

“I make no secret about my love of getting off road I’m going to be in the middle of the ocean for this one,” Lee said.

“Cruisin’ Country is an awesome concert to be involved in because there are so many impromptu concerts and jam sessions that happen all over the ship. It’s all about country music, great mates and having a good time.”

Country music fans will be tapping their boots to live performances from Adam Harvey, Beccy Cole, Gina Jeffreys, Karen O'Shea, Travis Collins, Amber Lawrence and more.

Other onboard experiences include song writing workshops, open mic nights, line clogging, square dancing, guitar workshops, poolside activities and opportunities to meet your favourite artist.

“I’m incredibly excited about Cruisin’ Country 2019 and to be taking Backroad Nation out to the high seas,” Lee said.
