Continued COVID-19 support for Linkt customers

Sponsored content: The toll credit program from Linkt and Transurban could provide up to three months’ toll credit to people who have been impacted by COVID-19.

We know that this past year has been a difficult time for many people. The impacts of COVID-19 are being felt across our communities, changing the way we work, connect and travel. 

Linkt and Transurban are here to help. The toll credit program has been extended to 31 December to help those customers that need it most, including businesses and customers who have lost their jobs or had their working hours reduced as a result of the pandemic.

Toll credit is available to Linkt customers who have been impacted by COVID-19 through unemployment or through significantly reduced hours or income. Eligible Linkt customers include:

  • Customers who lost their job and are still unemployed.
  • Customers who have experienced significantly reduced hours or income.
  • Small business owners with fewer than 20 employees who have experienced significantly reduced income.
  • Customers being supported by Linkt Assist whose situation has worsened – this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
