Logging in to My RACQ is now even easier

New process makes accessing digital services simpler for members.

RACQ members no longer need to remember passwords or membership numbers when logging into their My RACQ account.

General Manager Digital, Innovation and Automation Craig McDougall said logging into self-service accounts and completing important tasks like paying insurance premiums or changing communication preferences was now much simpler following the implementation of a new process.

By logging into their account online, all members can access information about their membership and the products they hold such as insurance policies and roadside assistance products.

Members who do not have online access previously will need to set a password in the new identity management platform.

“When you access an RACQ digital service you will be guided through a process which starts by entering an email address,” Mr McDougall said.

“Even if the member’s email is new, they will be identified by registered credentials like their name, phone number, postcode and date of birth.

“Once members have their identity matched, they can log in to the digital service by entering the one-time passcode which will be sent to their registered mobile phone or email address.”
