If you have noticed transactions on your Visa Debit or rediCARD statement that:
- You don’t recognise;
- Don’t match the payment amount;
- Are recurring debits that were previously cancelled;
- Are duplicated; or
- Are for goods that have not arrived;
Call us immediately on 13 1905 or visit your nearest RACQ Bank branch. Where we are able to, we will commence an investigation into your dispute and send you a letter to inform you of the outcome.
If the account has been closed, you may nominate a different account to be credited should your disputed transaction be paid.
