Is PayTo secure?

PayTo payments can only be initiated from a bank account if a PayTo agreement has been pre-authorised by the account holder, or if an active direct debit agreement that you currently hold has been migrated to PayTo. These authorisations are subject to the same levels of security as other payments and transfers made from bank accounts.
