Why is my Lithium battery reading 1 volt after it has been connected to an accessory?

The Battery Management System (BMS) has isolated the battery from the accessory to ensure the battery is not deeply discharged. The battery will now need to be woken up using the app’s wakeup feature or by connecting a 12-volt battery correctly to the lithium battery for 1 minute.
