How do I set up a My RACQ profile or update my password?
If you have not previously set up an online account, you will need to set a password the first time you access My RACQ. You can find out more about My RACQ, and complete your set up at any time by following these easy steps.
If you need to change your password, you will need to contact RACQ via phone, click to chat, or in store. We are unable to update a member’s password, however we can trigger a reset password link to be sent to your registered email address.
