How do I update my communication preferences?
You can choose whether you’d like us to send you electronic or physical communications about things like your upcoming product renewals, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and The Road Ahead.
Switching to electronic communications is an easy way to stay informed and help us be more sustainable.
Updating your communication preferences is simple:
- Log in to your My RACQ profile.
- Select ‘Personal details’ on the left side of the screen to make sure your mobile number and email address are up to date.
- Select ‘Account preferences’ on the left side of the screen. Then select ‘electronic’ for all communication types.
