What is the timeframe for repairs?

The time it takes for your repairs to be done will depend on the extent of damage and other factors such as availability of trades and construction materials. Many claims are usually completed within weeks or months, however where there is major damage or complex repairs required, repairs may take up to 12 months. Once your ‘scope of works’ is agreed, your builder or Claims Management Officer (CMO) will provide you with an estimated timeline of repairs.
