What is Automatic Renewal?
This means when we renew your policy, we will continue to deduct the direct debit amount from your nominated account or credit card unless you contact us to cancel or change that arrangement.
We offer you a choice to have automatic renewal, or not, as part of the direct debit payment process you have selected.
Regardless of your choice, we will send you a renewal notice prior to renewing your cover. Please ensure you check the information in your renewal notice is correct. If the information in your renewal is correct and you wish to continue with your automatic renewal arrangement, then you have nothing else to do.
If you do not wish to automatically renew your policy, you can opt out at any time. To opt out from automatic renewal, update your automatic renewal arrangement or to update your cover, simply contact us on 13 1905 or visit your local RACQ store.
