Am I covered for any of my pet’s pre-existing medical conditions?

No. Your policy only covers you for vet costs for illness and injuries your pet suffers after your policy starts. However, in some circumstances, if your pet has been free of the condition for at least 18 months, and your vet can provide supporting medical history, we can consider waiving the exclusion for that condition.
