RACQ Home Rescue customers receive up to 4 callouts per year. Each callout is relative to the incident that the callout was dispatched for. If the number of callouts is exceeded within a subscription period the following fees may apply.

These fees include basic materials only and are current as at 1 July 2017. Fees may vary without notice. Exclusions and limitations apply. *Conditions, limitations and exclusions apply. While not guaranteed, RACQ endeavours for a licensed tradesperson to arrive within 2 hours. A 72 hour wait period applies to all new RACQ Home rescue policies. Service provided by Club Home Response Pty Ltd, QBCC licence 1315280. Available in selected areas.

The Home Rescue upgrade offer of $159 for Quick Fix product holders ceased as of 1 July 2017.
