- Repayment type: Principal and interest
- Minimum loan amount: $3,000
- Maximum loan amount: $50,000
- Maximum loan term: 10 years if the value of the loan is less than $20,000, or 15 years if the value of the loan is $20,000 - $50,000.
Note: the Green Home Loan term can't be greater than the loan term left on your existing RACQ Bank Home Loan. For example, if your existing RACQ Bank home loan has 7 years left, the Green Home Loan term cannot be greater than 7 years.
