Make a claim

We understand that making a claim can be a difficult and emotional time and we are here to ensure that you get the assistance you need to make the process as straightforward as possible. If you believe you have suffered a claimable event, we need to be notified within 30 days (or as soon after the event as reasonably possible).

Step 1

Check your insurance policy

Read your Certificate of Insurance and the associated Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and applicable Supplementary PDS to see what you're entitled to claim.

Step 2

Obtain a claim form

Call us on 1800 722 777 or email us to receive the claim form that is suitable for your claim.

Send the form to us

Collect supporting documentation

We may ask for medical evidence, documents or other information for which the person making the claim may have to pay.
