    While your damaged home is being rebuilt or repaired, we pay up to 10% of your contents sum insured for extra living expenses (e.g., fees to connect electricity, phones and gas, or temporary fencing for your pet).

    We can cover you for contents that you store away from your home for up to 60 consecutive days, if you tell us.

    Broken glass (tenant and strata owner)
    If you're a tenant and you are legally responsible for accidental breakage of glass, we can cover you for that cost as part of your Contents cover up to your contents sum insured.

    We pay up to 10% of the contents sum insured to help clean up mess or damage caused by a thief, vandal or forensic police investigation.

    Temporary accommodation (tenant and strata owner)
    If your home is unlivable after an insured event, we will pay for temporary accommodation for up to 14 days and reasonable ongoing accommodation costs for up to 12 months, for a total amount up to 10% of your contents sum insured.
