At RACQ we offer a variety of payment options to suit your situation including cash, credit card or direct debit.
You can pay for most RACQ products & services by cash through any one of our branches. Use our Branch Finder to find one near you.
At RACQ we offer credit card payments using VISA, Mastercard and AMEX cards.
So you're never caught without your RACQ Roadside Assistance, insurance or other regular payments, why not set up your renewals with Direct Debit. Simply select the Direct Debit on the Make a Payment online form, call 13 1905 or visit your nearest RACQ branch to nominate a credit card. The fees will then be debited annually on your renewal date.
Alternatively, if you wish to set up Direct Debit from a Bank Account, fill out the Direct Debit Request form (PDF, 2 MB) and return to your nearest RACQ branch or via post to:

What is Direct Debit?
Direct Debit is a convenient, no fuss way to pay your annual RACQ Roadside Assistance or Lifestyle renewal.
How does Direct Debit work?
Your annual Roadside Assistance or Lifestyle renewal fee is deducted from your credit card account on your Roadside Assistance or Lifestyle renewal date, or the first business day thereafter. Only the amount required to pay for your Roadside Assistance or Lifestyle package will be transferred to RACQ.
Please contact your financial institution to make sure that your account has this facility. In addition to a credit card extraction, Members may nominate a bank account instead for annual Direct Debit.
Who can access Direct Debit?
Current RACQ members with Roadside Assistance or Lifestyle can opt in for Direct Debit of their Roadside Assistance or Lifestyle renewal.
