Direct debit delay

Due to recent system updates, a direct debit payment has been delayed for some members with RACQ Assistance products. This delay has resulted in an automated renewal reminder notice to be sent in error.

No action required by members

Members who have received this automated renewal reminder notice in error should disregard it but be aware that the delayed direct debit will be processed in the next 7 business days. Please ensure sufficient funds are available in the nominated bank account. The delayed payment has no impact on the cover for these members.


Members can check any details on their account or products by logging in to their My RACQ profile or by contacting our friendly team on 13 1905. Please note, as a result of these important system updates, we are experiencing longer than usual wait times on our phone lines.
