Check your insurance policyRead through your policy documents to understand what you’re covered for:
- Certificate of Insurance for your policy (you can find this in My RACQ)
- Your Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and any Supplementary PDS

Gather your documentsTo help us process your claim as quickly as we can, it will help if you have the following on hand:
- Information about the incident, which may include the date, where the loss or damage occurred, etc.
- Any other relevant details such as police reports, witnesses and others involved
- Additional information such as reports obtained and any invoices paid
