Illness and injuryIf your pet suffers an illness or injury that we cover during the period of insurance (but after any applicable waiting period), we pay 80% of vet costs less any relevant excess, up to the annual limit of $12,000, subject to any limit or sub-limits that may apply.

Emergency boardingUp to $1,000 for emergency boarding. -
Pet abroadWe extend the cover you get in Australia to cover your pet when it’s with you in New Zealand or Norfolk Island. -

Discount amounts may be pro-rated for cover of less than 12 months. Policies effective before 9 December 2024, maximum of 4 pets/$200 discount per policy.
