RACQ Pet Insurance claims

To find out what you’re entitled to claim, it’s a good idea to read through your policy documents. These include your:

• Certificate of Insurance (you can find this in My RACQ)
• Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and any Supplementary PDS

To help us process your claim as quickly as we can, it will help if you have the following information on hand:

• For each claim we will need the dates of any treatment and when the pet injury/illness was sustained
• If this is your first claim on this policy, we'll need your full vet history, any clinical notes or invoices paid and adoption paperwork if applicable
• For subsequent claims, we'll need any additional clinical notes or invoices paid
