2009 Pet Peeves survey

The RACQ would like to hear what Queenslanders think about different road user behaviours.
The 2009 Pet Peeves survey is open to all Queensland road users – RACQ members and non-members – and can be completed online.

Vehicle Cabin Temperatures Survey - 1995
The cabin temperature of closed stationary vehicles in direct sunlight can quickly rise to a level which may damage property or harm children or animals left in the vehicle.

Seat Belt Wearing Survey - Jan 1998
Following similar surveys between 1983 and 1991, the RACQ conducted a seat belt wearing survey in October 1997 at locations throughout Queensland such as at signalled intersections and shopping centre car park entries and exits.

Road Safety Online Survey Results 2006
The RACQ’s Road Safety Online Survey asked the community for their views on improving road safety in Queensland. More than 10,000 community members showed their concern and completed the survey. RACQ took the survey results to the state government’s Road Safety Summit on 21 and 22 February 2006.
