You can defer a direct debit payment for your home and/or contents insurance online via My RACQ. To make this easy, we've provided a handy list of steps to follow.
To defer a direct debit payment for your home and/or contents insurance policy:

Log in to My RACQ here to access your insurance dashboard. -
Select the home/contents insurance policy you'd like to defer payment for. -
Scroll down to the 'Payment method' section and select 'Defer this payment'. -
Complete the form to defer your payment. This form includes 'Defer a payment' and 'Review' sections. You must complete all the sections to defer your payment.
