How do I download a Certificate of Currency for my home and/or contents insurance?

You can download the Certificate of Currency for your home and/or contents insurance online using My RACQ. To make this easy, we've provided a handy list of steps to follow.

To download a Certificate of Currency for your current home and/or contents insurance policy:

    Log in to My RACQ here to access your insurance dashboard.
  • icon-step-2
    Select the home/contents insurance policy you'd like to get your Certificate of Currency for.
  • icon-step-3
    Scroll down to the 'Policy summary' section and select 'Download Certificate of Currency'.
  • icon-step-4
    You can find the Certificate of Currency in your downloads folder once the download is complete.
Please note: We're unable to provide you with previous Certificates of Currency for past terms of insurance.
