How do I switch to monthly direct debits for my pet insurance?

If you're currently in your renewal period (up to 32 days before your renewal is due), you can switch to monthly payments for your pet insurance online using My RACQ. To make this easy, we've provided a handy list of steps to follow.

If you're currently in your renewal period (up to 32 days before your policy is due for renewal), you can switch to monthly payments for your pet insurance. To switch to monthly direct debit payments:

    Log in to My RACQ here to access your insurance dashboard.
  • icon-step-2
    Select the pet insurance policy you'd like to change to monthly payments.
  • icon-step-3
    Select 'Switch to monthly payments'.
  • icon-step-4
    Complete the form to switch to monthly payments. This form includes 'Switch to monthly payments' and 'Review' sections. Make sure you complete all the sections.
