How do I view my pet insurance policy documents (e.g. Certificate of Insurance, policy change and renewal documents)?

You can view your pet insurance policy documents online using My RACQ. To make this easy, we've provided a handy list of steps to follow.

To view your current pet insurance policy documents:

    Log in to My RACQ here to access your insurance dashboard.
  • icon-step-2
    Select the pet insurance policy you'd like to view documents for.
  • icon-step-3
    Scroll down to the 'Policy summary' section and select 'View policy document'.
  • icon-step-4
    Your policy documents will open in a new window.
